YOUR GUIDE

Goodfounder and world traveler, Flannery Foster, is bringing us along for the ultimate India pilgrimage. India presents challenges even for the seasoned traveler, Flan has spent almost a year in India and about that again in region as a whole.

With 90 countries under her belt (95 by the time she meets you in New Delhi!) she can’t wait to safely guide you through time as much as space.

Whether participating in the optional Good200 Training modules offered on this trip or not, you’ll learn more than you can imagine about Buddhism, Yoga, and, (yeah, we’ll say it…) your SELF!

Our trip begins in Dharamshala, home of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Kingdom in Exile.

HELLO HIMALAYAS

Unpack your bags and settle into a truly unique luxury camp in Dharamshala, nestled in the foothill of the snowy Dhauladhars in the beautiful Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh.

Tibetan culture is alive and well in Dharamshala.

Tibetan culture is alive and well in Dharamshala.

This exceptional location offers the discerning traveler something a little different than a typical backpacker hostel: solitude, mountains, valleys, rivulet, jungle and unexplored countryside, all at your fingertips. Experience the many moods of exotic Dharamshala with its snowy peaks, dramatic landscapes, beautiful valleys, wilderness treks and rustic surroundings in the comfort of Swiss designed tents.

Discover Dharamshala — trek to the slate mines at the base of the Himalayas, walk down the Rivulet Manooni to enjoy a splash in fresh glacier water, watch a game of cricket at an International cricket stadium, picnic in nearby picturesque spots, witness Tibetan culture and festivals, explore quaint nearby villages or simply curl up in your tent with a view.

Following 5 days of peace and quiet high in the Himalayas, we’ll descend from the mountains to explore 4 of India’s most important cities and sites: including the World Heritage sites of Amritsar, Home of the the Sikh’s Golden Temple in Amritsar, the Ganges River in Varanasi, Hinduism’s most sacred site and, of course, the Taj Mahal in Agra, just 2 hours from Delhi, where we’ll enjoy a day tour before we depart.
