Hiya, my name is Jeanette, and I love yoga.

My first yoga class I remember my knees were very dry and crumbled and the asana (poses) felt like water — they soaked it up like sponges. It was so clear to me that this practice is very effective, not only physically but mentally as well. The clutter completely subsides. It was so effective that I couldn't stop practicing and naturally found myself teaching. I could never have guessed that this is what I'd be doing.

Our limbs do not exist independently of one another. My classes focus on the intersection of our extremities — the core. That’s where we begin each pose and find strength to grow outward.

My favorite pose right now is Garudasana / Eagle Pose because it allows me to twist my limbs and grease my joints.

I came here all the way from Israel to find the yoga love and I can't even tell you how grateful I am for this journey. I am thrilled to share it with you all. Namaste.
