Today is not only the Summer Solstice (first day of summer), but also National Yoga Day! This evening, Goodyoga hosts a Summer Solstice offering of 108 Sun Salutations. 

goodteacher Courtney will lead the good108 in TRANSMITTER Park @ 7pm.

Courtney will lead you through 108 Sun Salutes offering modifications to ensure that you are comfortably challenged. Do 20, 50 or ALL 108 … It's up to you.

This is a Donation-based event. Suggested donation $20.
