Breathe / Intro to Vinyasa

Pranayama, or Freedom of Breath, is the 4th limb consisting of techniques designed to gain mastery over the respiratory process while recognizing the connection between the breath, the mind, and the emotions. As implied by the literal translation of pranayama, “life force extension,” yogis believe that it not only rejuvenates the body but actually extends life itself.

Intro to Vinyasa:
Literally, "to place in a special way," which has come to mean "moving with breath." Yes, and...movement may be subtle and breath may be slow. Vinyasa isn't always fast, and faster is never better. At least in Yoga...
